You’ll have to excuse the lack of organization, proper punctuation, and bad grammar.

It’s meant more to be a train of memories account of my life with a chronic illness. I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus at the age of 14. I’m 32 now. A lot has happened & has effected myself and those around me deeply.

If you want to learn more scientific or medical things about Lupus, I recommend:


I’m not hoping to have any huge following. Although it would be cool if a young recently diagnosed girl stumbles on my experiences & finds something beneficial. Mostly I’m just looking to get these thoughts out.

    In reading your blog, I notice you say you “moved to Warrensburg”..in what state?? I am from New York..lived mostly in Queensbury, until moving to Montana 22 years ago.

    I was diagnosed w SLE in 1997 (when I was 13) & no one I knew had ever heard of it. I’m so glad to c that LUPUS is Finally being talked about!
